OnePageTrades is a trading name of Prismova Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17538540), 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Contact: hello@onepagetrades.com. Prismova Ltd is the data controller.
When you email us: your name, email address, business details and anything you choose to send. For business outreach: publicly available business contact details (company name, website, published business email address) of companies whose websites we think we can improve.
To reply to enquiries and deliver services (contract / steps before a contract), and to contact businesses about our website service (legitimate interests). We only email corporate business addresses published by the business itself, and every message includes a simple way to opt out.
Reply "remove" or email hello@onepagetrades.com and we will stop contacting you and keep only a suppression record so you are not contacted again.
We use a small number of service providers to run our business (email delivery, website hosting, payment processing such as Stripe). We never sell your data.
Outreach data with no reply is deleted within 12 months. Customer records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes (normally 6 years).
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page visits without cookies and without identifying you. Our host may log basic technical data (such as IP address) for security. The free-mockup form on our homepage does not store anything on this website: it opens your own email app with a pre-filled message to us, and we only receive what you choose to send.
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to processing, by emailing us. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Last updated: 26 October 2026. These terms apply to services sold by Prismova Ltd under the OnePageTrades name. Payments are processed by Stripe.
The homepage mockup is free and without obligation. You do not need to give card details to receive it.
You see and approve your design before the site goes live. You can either pay once the site is live and you are happy (no deposit), or pay upfront through our Stripe checkout. If you pay upfront and do not approve the design, tell us before the site goes live and we refund the full amount you paid. The price includes 12 months of hosting and 30 days of free changes after launch. Your domain is registered in your own name and you own your site; if you leave, we hand over the files.
Delivered within 5 working days of receiving the details we need. If we cannot start because access to your Google Business Profile is not possible, we refund you in full. We never write, buy or post reviews on your behalf.
A monthly subscription you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future payments.
A one-off report delivered within 3 working days. AI tools change their answers over time, so the report reflects the results on the day of testing; we do not guarantee future rankings or mentions.
Email hello@onepagetrades.com and we will reply within 1 working day. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Our free website check fetches only the public homepage you enter and stores no personal data (results are cached for up to one hour). If you fill in a request form, your name, business, e-mail, phone (optional) and website are sent to us via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) and stored on Cloudflare, and are used only to reply to your request. We do not sell or share them. E-mail hello@onepagetrades.com to have them deleted.
